Will leads the team as director of the Bonsai After-School Program. He ensures that the ministry remains faithful to its mission and vision as Bonsai grows and that it has the necessary resources to do so. He also manages relationships with local organizations, such as schools and government agencies.
Amanda, as program coordinator for Bonsai, oversees the day-to-day operation of the program. She manages the staff and volunteers and handles the program’s finances, as well as the logistics of meals and transportation. Amanda also oversees communication with the parents of the children who attend the ministry.
Will and Amanda have been missionaries with Inca Link in Manta, Ecuador since February of 2014, and created and started Bonsai. Both are originally from south Georgia. Before working with Inca Link, Will served as a youth pastor and Amanda worked in real estate. They have two children: Emery and Selah.
Focusing on furthering education,
promoting healthy families,
and proclaiming Jesus.
Inca Link’s mission is to reach the 300 million youth of Latin America with Christ’s irresistible love. To complete this goal we seek to identify, connect, facilitate and mentor high capacity youth leaders to multiply their impact in Latin America to reach the next generation.
We're grateful to see the opening & use of the new property. To see the hard work of those who use the facility for learning, growing and coming to know Jesus is a true testimony of God at work all around the world.
